Mirage is a turnkey operation making it easy to change a room?s configuration effortlessly

The Wayne State University: Mike Ilitch School of Business was opened to students in Fall 2018. The $40 million investment is 125,000 square feet and features a two-story atrium, 256 seat Lear Auditorium, a rooftop terrace and many other outstanding features.

We were worked alongside Smith Group JJR and L.S Brinker to install two Skyfold Mirage partitions that now separate one large classroom from the atrium in the matter of seconds. The University is very happy with the ease of use and the outstanding look of the product.

In a statement from Pamela L. William the Director of Community Engagement and Events at Wayne State University said ?We take full advantage of the flexibility that the Skyfold walls offer us. When closed, the rooms are perfect for studying, classes or more private meetings. When the walls are opened, the rooms become a seamless extension of our atrium, allowing us to host much larger events.?

Skyfold Mirage glass vertical folding walls are the third in the line of Skyfold products. As with the Skyfold Classic and Zenith walls, Mirage is a turnkey operation making it easy to change a room?s configuration effortlessly. A glass wall allows for natural lighting to filter into the space and can still maintain privacy when needed.

The standard panel consists of a clear double laminated glass, however single laminated is available if acoustics are not an issue. Frosted glass is also available for extra privacy. The panel frames are available in a variety of colours.
